The village in miniature
According to the museum, the scale model shows an earlier state of Eext. Use the explanations to place buildings and routes before you explore the individual stories.
Work and household
A wheelwright’s workshop, smithy, bakery and barber’s shop are among the subjects mentioned. A period room with a box bed adds the domestic side to these workplaces.
Finds and images
Archaeological display cases and a photo and video archive broaden the story. For a specific research question, it is wise to get in touch beforehand; not all archive material is necessarily in the exhibition.
Before you go
Regular opening only on a few afternoons from June to September. Groups can visit by appointment all year round.
