Amelander Musea describes personal island stories, finds and a diorama as parts of the presentation. This varies the way the story is told: a display shows a situation, whereas a found object prompts you to ask about its origin and use.
A place for remembrance
The museum also mentions a memorial room for war victims. Give that room a moment of its own during your visit. The combination of objects, stories and remembrance does not call for the same way of looking everywhere.
