Seeing several makes in one space lets you compare differences in tank, frame, drive and riding position. Start with features you observe yourself before reading about a make’s story or year of manufacture.
British and American
The research card mentions Harley-Davidson, BSA and AJS. Use those names as a way into differences in design, but do not adopt any precise model history without an object label; the online documentation is too limited for that.
Cars as a counterweight
A few vintage cars set the motorcycles alongside another type of vehicle. Compare steering position, bodywork and space for passengers to see how different means of transport required different choices from their makers.
