The barn in use

The farmhouse is described as a head-neck-body type (kop-hals-romp). See how the house, the connecting section and the barn join up and which daily route this allows for family, livestock and feed.
Living next to working
The guided tour also goes through the living quarters. Compare the historical furnishings there with visible signs of a working farm; not every part is automatically an untouched time capsule.
