Portraits of the family
The family portraits described give the house faces. Look first at where a painting is placed, then read who is depicted. That way you link the image to the room, without inferring a personal life story from the pose.
From inside to the park
The park forms a possible continuation of the house visit. The rooms have their own ticketing arrangement; free access to the grounds does not mean the house is open. So choose an available visiting date first.
