Buildings along the route
In the park, distance plays a role: you move between reconstructed settings rather than between display cases. Note where reconstruction, set design and historical information are distinguished from one another.
Food as part of the grounds
The Zencafé and the Roman inn make rest stops possible during an extensive visit. Check separately whether the catering is open; museum admission does not guarantee every food outlet.

Check access around 24–27 September 2026: for 25–27 September both full closure and limited park access are mentioned. From 3 November to 15 December 2026 the museum is closed.
