Engines, propellers and cockpit instruments show the material scale of a crash. Read, for each part, where it was found and to which aircraft the identification is linked.
From part to person
The display links technical remains to missing or killed crew members. For one piece, look for a name, role and flight context, so that it does not remain merely spectacular technology.
Research by volunteers
The foundation has been collecting and documenting since the 1970s. A film and explanation show how finds fit into a regional overview; ask which details remained uncertain.
Before you go
Regular visits are possible on the first Sunday of the month; every Sunday in July and August. Groups of ten or more arrange an appointment.
