A threshing mill and a lathe stand, within the story of the collection, alongside a coffee pot and a milk churn. This combination makes clear that daily life does not consist only of large machines. Give the small objects attention too as you go through the collection.
The explanation is part of it
The museum cannot be visited separately from the guided tour. This fits a collection in which knowledge of use and origin is important. For an unfamiliar tool, ask which task it was used for and who needed it.
Arranging a visit
There is no fixed schedule for free drop-in and no dedicated website with current visiting hours. Call, therefore, to discuss the options and the group size. An account of an earlier visit is no guarantee that the same afternoon will be available again.
