The site in the forest
The huts on the site are reconstructions. See them, therefore, as an aid to understanding the place, not as unchanged, preserved dwellings. Take time for the information on site and respect the character of the memorial.
An exhibition at a different address
A permanent exhibition has been set up at Hotel De Vossenberg. It is not in the same place as the huts. A combined visit therefore requires attention to both addresses and to access during the hotel’s opening hours.
Guided or on your own
The outdoor site is freely accessible between sunrise and sunset. Group tours can be arranged; they do not take place every day. An old summer schedule offers no certainty for a visit later in the year.
Before you go
Check both locations and book a group tour; there are no tours on Sundays, public holidays or 4 May.
