The season makes a difference
Rhododendrons, roses and camellias belong to the collections. Not everything flowers at the same time, and leaves and form also deserve attention. So do not choose a visit based solely on a general photo, but consider which part of the season you want to experience.
A garden for comparing
Take a closer look at a few plants or trees along the way. Pay attention to the leaves, branches and labels, and compare what you see. In this way, a quiet walk also takes on the character of a visit to a living collection.
Open in daylight
The garden is normally freely accessible daily from sunrise to sunset. It may close in extreme weather conditions. The T-tuin and the coach house have their own catering hours; access to the garden does not mean coffee and tea are available.
Before you go
In the event of severe-weather warnings, check whether it is open, and leave your bicycle outside the garden.
