Looking at a bell
According to the curator, the collection described includes a bell signed by Geert van Wou. With the bells on display, pay attention to shape, surface and inscriptions. What can you observe for yourself, and what information do you need to understand the object better?
Sound and technology
The offering also includes carillons and tower clocks. According to the organisation, schools can request activities around casting small bells and playing the carillon. That programme is something to arrange in advance; it is not automatically part of every visit.
