Demonstrations are not guaranteed
Syrup boiling (stroopstoken), threshing or baking fruit tarts (vlaaien) depends on arrangement and season. Confirm the programme before you expect a specific craft.
Before you go
From April to September, by telephone appointment only, for groups of two to a maximum of twenty people, and only when the managers are available. Ignore fixed Wednesday or Sunday hours from secondary sources. Confirm the date, demonstration, payment and accessibility in advance.
