The passages lie in Valkenburg but refer to examples from Rome. Ask which chambers have been reproduced accurately and where material or layout has been adapted to the local cave.

The guide sets the pace
A guided tour lasts about an hour and has a limited group size. There is no continuous free entry, so a missed time slot changes your whole visit.

Guided tours start daily at 10.30, 12.30 and 14.30; holidays may have extra times. Booking online is strongly recommended. If you have limited mobility, ask about the route and parking in advance.
