The guided tour covers the history of the Brand brewery, the brewing process and changes on the brewery site. Ask which parts are accessible during your visit. A site under development may have a different route from what older photos or descriptions show.
Guided tour and tasting room
The Brand Proeflokaal is the start and end point of the experience. A tasting may be part of the booked package. Check the content and conditions in advance, so it is clear which activities are included in the ticket.
Stairs and booking
The guided tour involves a lot of stairs and is therefore not suitable for every visitor. There is also no ground-floor toilet in the tasting room. Discuss any limitations in advance and book a specific guided tour; the tasting room being open does not by itself give access to the museum.
