What an object carries with it
The collection consists of donated and loaned objects. According to the museum, volunteers share memories connected with the objects. Ask for these explanations: they can make clear why an object means something to someone, beyond what you can see from its material or shape.

The heritage library offers another way into the subject. The books are not lent out. If you are coming for a particular subject, you can ask in advance which publications are available and how they can be consulted during a visit.
A short afternoon opening
The museum lists Wednesday to Saturday as regular visiting days, always in the afternoon. Booking is recommended, even if you are coming alone. Use Arjati’s address and schedule; other visitor guides contain different details. For a group, contacting the museum in advance is especially worthwhile.
