Parts of a building
The former collection is described as including sculptures, architectural fragments and plaster casts from the cathedral. Pieces like these made visible elements that you would otherwise see as part of a larger building. The collection description now has historical significance and is not an announcement of an accessible exhibition.
A name in old guides
De Bouwloods may still appear in museum listings or descriptions of the Sint-Jan. It is important to distinguish the former museum from other ways of visiting the cathedral. A church visit or guided tour elsewhere does not mean that the closed museum is accessible again.

The address on the Torenstraat refers to the former premises. The available information offers no current museum access or confirmed new presentation of the collection. So do not use old opening times to plan a trip, and check other activities with their own organisers.
