Art and everyday images
Advertising posters, book illustrations and postcards show different applications. Compare how the same medium is used for very different purposes. An image that sells something calls for a different reading from a free art print.
Part of the Museumkwartier
A combination ticket can link the visit with the Valkerij en Sigarenmakerij Museum. Check the hours of both institutions separately. The Steendrukmuseum has many public holiday exceptions and is also closed during the Bloemencorso (flower parade), despite the usual Sunday opening.

Check public holidays and the parade date; on those days a normal Sunday in the schedule does not guarantee access.
