According to local historical information, the former courthouse (rechthuis) and town hall is being given a new purpose under a different foundation. What this means for the collection and public visits has not yet been clearly confirmed.

Tourist pages still mention weekend afternoons from May to October. That information conflicts with the change of organisation and purpose. So do not use an old timetable to plan a trip; first ask whether there is actually any museum activity.
