A ship as a broadcaster
The models refer to names such as Radio Veronica, Mi Amigo and Noordzee. Look at how the ships are constructed and read the background provided. That way well-known radio names take on a physical form instead of just a place in memory.
Model-making as a way of looking
The models were made by Hans Hettelder. Notice the small details that make a ship recognisable. Ask about the function of a part on the original ship and distinguish model information from the wider radio story.
Part of a complex
There is no separately confirmed daily timetable for this room; the complex determines access. The location of the presentation may change due to rearrangement. On arrival, ask where to find the offshore radio section and which parts are included in your ticket.
Before you go
Follow the complex timetable; from October Tuesday and Wednesday are also closed.
