The collection description names Sal Meijer, Steinlen and Corneille, among others. If you are coming for a specific artist, you can ask about the current selection in advance; not every work mentioned will necessarily be on view at the same time.
A canal house as setting
The interior partly determines how you look at the art. Live cats are also mentioned, but their presence or contact with visitors is not a guaranteed part of the museum’s programme.
