The exhibitions and activities introduce children to topics around cultures in an interactive way. Check which age group and format go with the current programme. A supervised activity can work differently from exploring an exhibition on your own.
A topic to keep talking about
Let children say what strikes them and what questions they have. The explanation that comes with an activity helps connect experiences to a wider context. That way taking part continues in looking and talking together.
Museum hours are not activity hours
The main building may be open while a particular Junior activity is not taking place. So check the Junior page and the booking options for your day. A general museum ticket does not automatically say anything about taking part in every part of the programme.
