A hat from every angle
Notice the proportion between crown and brim, and the finish. Then look at how a hat is stored or fastened: pins and boxes are also part of the collection. Such small items complete the story of how hats were used.
Trying on with permission
Some hats may be tried on. Ask first which ones are meant for this and follow the instructions. There is a questionnaire for children, which lets you give your looking its own direction without having to discuss every hat one after another.
A limited season
The regular opening is on Friday and Saturday outside the months of October to April. During the closed period and on other days, a visit by appointment may be possible. Groups of seven or more must get in touch in advance.
