Art in an artists’ village
The Bergen School offers a local way into the collection. See how the museum connects that art with Bergen and which other artists are shown alongside it. You do not need to know the names to see differences in colour, subject and technique.
Alternating inside and outside
You look at a painting differently from a sculpture you can walk around. Use the sculpture garden to experience that alternation consciously. The current exhibition programme determines which combinations of works and subjects you will find.
Activities with their own times
Studio C offers educational activities, but not every programme is open continuously. Check the calendar if you want to take part. The museum may be closed around a change of exhibition; public holidays and December afternoons also have exceptions.
