Art alongside daily life
Paintings by the Egmondse School and Roeland Koning offer a different view of the surroundings. Compare how an artist depicts a subject with the information accompanying the everyday objects. The rowing lifeboat adds work at sea to that combination.
An afternoon in season
In 2026 the museum is open every afternoon up to and including 1 November. No regular public opening is mentioned outside that period. For children there is a treasure hunt, which lets them look at part of the collection in a focused way.
