How does it fit in?
The first question is an obvious one: how does a ship get through the neck of a bottle? An instructional video explains. Then look at a model again and find which parts relate to that method.
More than sailing ships
The collection contains a wide range of models and an exhibition about ships without sails. Compare scale, detailing and the chosen bottle. The shape of the container also determines how you can view the little ship.
A small building
The museum is not wheelchair accessible. Groups are asked to make an appointment, and individual visitors can request a time slot. The homepage and the booking information do not give exactly the same closing time, so have a late-afternoon visit confirmed.
Before you go
Check the closing time and bear in mind the limited accessibility.
