Reading a design
Architecture is about space, use and a building’s surroundings. Keep those three aspects in mind when looking at the current display and the questions its explanations raise.
The city outside
An exhibition can change the way you see Haarlem. Make connections with a walk when the programme mentions specific locations, without expecting every exhibition to be solely about the city itself.
Build it yourself
Playing with LEGO is mentioned as an additional activity. It has its own conditions and costs; check availability if you want to combine the exhibition visit with children.
Before you go
Sunday opening starts later than on other open days. Register larger groups in advance and check activities and holiday hours separately.
