Listening to an organ
With a street organ, sound and appearance go together. During a demonstration, also pay attention to the design of the façade and the movement of its parts.
Guest organs change the programme
The guest performances mentioned mean that no two Sundays are the same. If you are interested in a particular instrument, you can plan around the calendar rather than assuming it is permanently there.
Small instruments too
A day devoted to small hand-cranked organs is mentioned as an example. Such a theme offers a different scale from the larger organs and has its own date in the programme.
Before you go
The museum is open almost every Sunday, so check even a normal Sunday in advance. Groups and visits at other times are arranged by contacting the organisation.
