The former subject
The collection description focuses on the production and distribution of drinking water. Water mains, measuring equipment and laboratory and office furnishings indicate which subjects the museum used to bring together.
A pumping station as a setting
The museum was housed in a former pumping station. That location explains the connection between building and collection, but is not an invitation to visit the site or interior on your own.
Waiting for a reopening
Any return of public visits must be announced by the operator. An old guide listing is not enough for this, not even if it still contains specific weekly hours.
