A bread oven is a good reason to ask about firing, baking and the baker’s work. See which parts of that way of working are explained. A historic oven in a museum does not in itself guarantee a demonstration on every visit.

The marbled floor is also something to look at consciously. The shop setting brings display and sales together. Traditional products, including duivekater, fit the bakery theme, but purchases are a separate part of your visit.
