The collector’s own motocross background offers a way into the collection. Compare tyres, suspension and riding position, and ask which machines were actually used in races.
Large vehicles alongside
Military vehicles and tractors call for different power and off-road ability. Look at tyres, ground clearance and load function without guessing the type or use when documentation is missing.
A preference for local
Everyday old objects from the municipality itself place technology alongside local life. Provenance is essential here: ask which object demonstrably comes from Dalfsen or the surrounding area.
