Art, antiques and furniture cannot be viewed separately from their setting. Notice sightlines, light and arrangement, and ask which of W.F.J. Laan’s furnishings have survived.
The guide sets the pace
The guided tour lasts about 75 minutes. Note down your questions and ask them at suitable moments; walking round on your own or booking as an individual visitor is not possible.
Park and watermill
The park, shop and watermill have their own access and hours. Combine the parts deliberately and do not confuse an open estate with access to the house.
Before you go
The house is not wheelchair accessible. Saturday tours may change because of weddings; winter and high season have different days.
