Farm antiques as a second line
The Twente collection calls for a different context than court memorabilia. Look for tools or household items with clear signs of use, and read up on their origin before calling them regional.
Past the castles
A coach tour past six castles can be booked as an add-on. That is a separate group activity with a guide, and not automatically part of museum admission.
Before you go
A seasonal museum, open three afternoons a week. Groups larger than 25 can arrange visits outside the season; occasional closures are listed on the website. The castle tour must be booked separately.
