A seasonal visit
The usual visiting period runs from May to September inclusive. Appointments outside the season are also mentioned, so a group visit needs different preparation from simply dropping in.

Specific exceptions apply before the end of September; from 29 September, visits are said to be by appointment. Confirm your date in advance directly with Erf 29.
