The house as an exhibition venue
The current presentation determines what there is to see in the castle. Check the subject in advance if you are coming specifically for the exhibition, and ask which rooms are open as part of it.
Out and about with children
The children's attic is mentioned as a separate part of the visit. Ask about availability and activities, especially on event days when the usual route or admission conditions may change.
Park and facilities
The Grand Café in the coach house and the outdoor space do not necessarily keep the same hours as the castle. Plan those parts separately if you want to make a longer visit of it.
Before you go
Check event days, closures for setting up, and the winter closure. An accessible park does not mean that the castle, the children's attic or the catering are open at that time.
