A sign with meaning
Badges and parts of uniforms only gain meaning once their use has been explained. Ask what belongs to a particular group, activity or gathering, and what changes the presentation shows.
Books and flags as well
The collection covers more than clothing. Printed material and banners can show other sides of scouting, depending on the current selection and the explanation provided with it.
A changing subject
A temporary exhibition is mentioned each year. Check the programme if you have been before or have a particular interest in a specific scouting tradition.
Before you go
The regular Saturday opening is seasonal. Extra Wednesdays in July and August require a reservation; groups and other visiting times are also by appointment.
