Recognising wildlife
Compare the beak, leg and plumage of two birds and find out which habitat goes with each. A taxidermy specimen shows form well, but not behaviour or sound.
Landscape as context
Painted panoramas place animals in the ditches, meadows and farmyards of the Groene Hart. See which species are shown together, and ask whether the season and scale are true to nature.
Museum and clog shop
The shop and terrace share seasonal hours with the museum. Clogs provide a craft sideline; keep the items for sale and the museum's explanations separate, though.

Open from 14 February to 31 October 2026, Tuesday to Saturday; closed Monday and Sunday, and winter visits are not regularly possible.
