Lives behind the system
Personal photos and objects can put a human face on institutional history. Do not draw conclusions about all residents from one story, and ask which voices are missing from the archive.
Museum upstairs in the church
Since 2025, the museum has been located in an upper hall that can only be reached by stairs. There is a wheelchair available upstairs, but no lift; arrange help on the stairs in advance.
Before you go
Check the volunteer schedule before you come; regular hours are Tuesday morning, Thursday evening and Sunday afternoon, plus visits by appointment.
