Take in the hall first
When you come in, take a moment for the whole. How do the works relate to the architecture? Then shift your gaze to an individual part and see whether your first impression changes.
A changing programme
Solo and group exhibitions give the hall a different character each time. So check the current exhibition in advance. On the first Sunday of the month there is free admission and a guided tour; check the calendar for these and other public activities.
Access varies
The exhibition space is wheelchair accessible, with a small threshold. The toilets can only be reached by stairs and there is no lift. This distinction matters when planning your visit. Use the visitor address on the Markt, not the office address.
