From workshop to living room
A smithy, a wheelwright’s workshop and a carpenter’s workshop stand alongside domestic and shop interiors. Compare the activities a space calls to mind and the objects the display uses for them.

The Norwegian gift house is a separate point of interest on the site. Check what route and explanation are available if you particularly want to see this part.
Before you go
The museum has a seasonal schedule; in July and August it opens earlier. The escape room is booked separately and is no proof that the museum galleries are open outside the season.
