The Van Dale floor deals with language and dialects. The letter cave and other interactive features give children a way in; read the commentary to follow the link with Sluis too.
Looking at the town
The history of Sluis has a presentation of its own. See how the subjects are spread over the floors, so that a climb up the tower does not take up all the time you have.
Up and down
The tower involves climbing a spiral staircase. The council cellar may once again host a temporary exhibition, for which you need to check current availability.

Check the public holidays for the current year. Wheelchair access to parts of the museum does not mean access to the tower; ask about the exact accessible route.
