Choosing a programme
The collection includes work by Mondrian, but a name in the collection does not guarantee that a specific painting is on display. Look at the current presentations and decide which combination of subjects appeals to you.
Art and everyday use
Fashion and applied art raise questions about form, material and function. Where possible, compare the information on such objects with that for a painting; the exhibition provides the necessary context.
Taking in the building
As you go, note the transitions between spaces. That way the building remains part of your visit, without you needing a separate architecture route or having to see all the galleries one after another.
Before you go
Some parts have limited accessibility. Ask about the route you want to follow and check public holiday opening; nearby museums do not necessarily keep the same schedule.
