The attention paid to offshore radio stations and charts shows that pop history is also about distribution and listening. Give those sections a moment of their own alongside the artists’ stories. They raise questions about how music reached an audience.
A chosen Sunday
RockArt opens Thursday to Saturday and on the first Sunday of the month. During school holidays Wednesday is added. You buy tickets at the desk; for a large group or a visit outside opening hours, you need to get in touch in advance.
Before you go
Check the Sunday and holiday arrangements; online booking is not the usual ticket route for individual visitors.
