From flower to culture
Look at the tulip not only as a flower but also as a source of work, knowledge and stories. Let the museum’s explanations show which aspects of bulb growing are highlighted. That way a familiar image from the region gains more substance.
Listening at your own pace
An audio tour takes you past highlights of the museum. There is also a version for children. The tour works with QR codes and Wi-Fi is available, so you can choose for yourself where to listen longer and where to move on and look further.
Building in a break
The museum has a café and garden. They make it possible to take a short break from looking. Individual visitors do not need to book a time slot and can buy a ticket at the desk. Do note the different opening times during the week.
Before you go
From Tuesday to Thursday, the museum does not open until the afternoon. In extreme heat, phone ahead to check whether the museum is open.
