Earthenware (plateel) from Porceleinfabriek De Kroon offers a concrete way into the museum. The collection also includes art, connected among others with Wenckebach and Van Pallandt. Ask which works are on display at the time; a collection name does not mean that everything is always in the galleries.
Home life and fishing
Period rooms and a fishing attic add other subjects. Compare these different displays on their own terms: a furnished room tells its story differently from a collection about work at sea. The building gives the different parts a shared setting.

From 14 to 29 September 2026 the museum is temporarily closed. So only plan a visit once the reopening has been confirmed. If you have questions about the accessibility of the historic farmstead, it is advisable to get in touch in advance.
