The depot as a workshop
Look at the historic trams, buses and metro trains in the depot. Ask which vehicles are in running order and which are kept mainly as collection objects.
Interiors reveal use
Compare seating, doors, ticket sales and the driver’s position in tram and bus. This makes passenger flows and operation visible without treating nostalgia as fact.
The museum line is part of it
On museum days, line 22 runs from Rotterdam Centraal and historic buses may connect with it. Check the departure time; a ride is not a continuous city timetable.
Before you go
In 2026 the remaining museum Saturdays are 3 October and 7 November, 10.00–16.00. Outside these days there are no regular visits. Check tickets and accessibility in advance.
