Do not use old hours
De Nieuwe Palmboom has no current museum schedule. Any other functions of the mill, or the fact that it can be seen, do not mean that the former exhibition is open.
The name changed back
Since the museum moved, the name De Palmboom is used again. So search for current information under both names, but do not expect museum access.
De Walvisch is the alternative
If you want to see a distillers’ mill from the inside, you can visit the current museum mill at Westvest 229 during the Jenevermuseum’s hours.
Before you go
There is no longer any museum opening at De Nieuwe Palmboom or De Palmboom. Since February 2018 the museum mill function has been at De Walvisch. Do not travel to the old location expecting to visit an exhibition; for De Walvisch, check the current Jenevermuseum information.
