The sailing lugger is open on only a few Sundays. Book or check the calendar, and do not expect access to the ship on every regular museum visit.

Before you go
Open Tuesday–Saturday 10.00–17.00 and on Sundays and public holidays when open 12.00–17.00; closed on Monday. Many major public holidays are in fact closed. Balder has separate Sundays and conditions. Check the calendar, heat protocol and accessibility in advance.
