Choosing a local way in
Bring a question about either of the two villages. Ask which subjects the current display covers and let yourself be guided from there. A specific place or event makes it easier to connect with the surroundings you know.
Downstairs and upstairs
Ons Verleden uses the ground floor. Upstairs is Museum Ons Molenverleden, which has its own organisation and subject. The shared location may make a combined visit attractive, but the two displays are not the same museum.
A monthly open afternoon
The regular opening falls on the last Saturday of the month. Other times can be discussed for schools and groups. A different day applies in December, so check the calendar and, on arrival, look for the entrance next to the square tower.
