Water seeps into the gallery at MU
Everything Moist Seems Alive by MAISON the FAUX combines an installation with live performances. The exhibition opened in Eindhoven on 10 October; performances are scheduled on seven days during Dutch Design Week.

Dripping, flowing, splashing, seeping, leaking and sweating: MU describes the installation with verbs that set water in motion. Everything Moist Seems Alive, by MAISON the FAUX and Boris Acket, combines an installation and a series of live performances into an immersive myth.
The exhibition opened on 10 October and runs through 3 January 2027. The museum opened its doors at 19:30 the previous evening; the programme began at 20:00 and ended at 23:00. A regular ticket for that night cost €7.50 including a welcome drink; We Are Public cardholders entered free.
The project is inspired by Astrida Neimanis’s concept of hydrofeminism. This perspective connects water with bodies and interdependence. The installation followed vocal previews at Studio Boekman of the Dutch National Opera & Ballet.

Frieda Gustavs composed the vocal music for a three-part performance choir. Jolanda van den Berg, Martha Gardner and Nini Huli are among the performers; the artistic direction is by MAISON the FAUX and Boris Acket. Studio Boris Acket designed the installation and set.
Live performances return during Dutch Design Week on 17, 18 and 21–25 October, each day between 14:00 and 17:30. Further dates are 22 November, 10 December and 3 January; times for those three dates are not known.
MU Hybrid Art House is at Torenallee 40-06 in Eindhoven. From 10 October it is open weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 12:00 to 18:00 and Sunday from 12:00 to 17:00. Press images were unavailable, so this article uses general AI-generated atmosphere images.
